We Started off Nice and Early at the lower cable way station. With a quick orientation we headed off towards the back table of Table Mountain. The three young lads were to do this 4day trail to achieve their Gold medal as a series of projects they need to complete and this 80 km hike stretch all the way to Cape Point.

It Did not take long for the boys to get going, all of them stoked for this amazing hike. The questions soon started flowing with Emelio wanting to know the process, when it all came together, the sustainability and what National Parks is doing to preserve Table Mountain. These are some of the questions. Very inquisitive young boys.

Fred marveled at the view and dropped his jaw after confirming that this is why I do what I love and why I have not missed a single trail booked and confirmed.

Emelio said that this trail not only made him feel he can now boast in confidence that he is living in the most beautiful city of Cape Town and that his soul was well fed, Fred confirmed that he got what expected and far more.

It was a great pleasure to lead these boys across the peninsula and am happy to confirm they are well on their way to receiving their Gold Medals, with just a few more tasks to complete.
